All orders will be processed as soon as PayPal or Google Payments lets us know of the order, and shipped via First Class US Mail the next available day the Post Office is open. Items will be shipped with appropriate protection.
If an item is received broken, the purchaser has his/her choice of a full refund less a handling cost of $5 or replacement with another item of the same or lower cost.
If the purchaser would like the exact item and it is out of stock, they will be informed of that fact immediately, and the purchaser can opt for a refund (less handling) or be asked to wait for us to procure the item from our source, which may take as long as 3 weeks. If we cannot replace the item, we will negotiate with you along the above lines.
