I ordered two items but eCrater only shows one item.
If you were billed the proper amount, it is extremely likely that your order was processed correctly. We will email you when we get your order and confirm it; if it is incorrect, let us know. eCrater sometimes counts ordering two of one item as a single item, but bills it correctly. We recommend using PayPal, as they have better order support on both your end and ours.

How do you ship your items?
Most of our items will be shipped in a padded envelope by First Class US Mail. If an item requires more protection than that, we will provide it.

How can I find an item that is not on your store?
If we carry that item, it will be on our Store List of items available for ordering. eCrater does not allow us to post this list to our store. If you are interested, write us at pathwayssanctuary@gmail.com, and you will be sent a list of everything we currently offer. If you request an item we do not carry, and we wish to add it to our store, we will find a vendor and then post it to the store or send you an email. If we choose not to carry the item, and can locate a vendor for that item, we will notify you by email.

When will you ship my order?
We ship the day after receiving the order, if the Post Office is open that day. If the Post Office is not open, we will ship the next available day of service.
